At feeding time, internationally-acclaimed Chef Valentino of Ristorante Da Valentino will be creating a scrumptious one-night-only feast, in collaboration with the chefs of Shangri-La Hotel. The evening’s adventures will culminate in “The Midnight Safari”, a concert starring the wildest and funniest talents Singapore theatre has to offer, including Hossan Leong and Pam Oei. You can also look forward to a very special appearance by acclaimed West End diva Ria Jones – who, at the tender age of 19, made musical theatre history by becoming the youngest actress ever to play Eva Peron in Evita.
With almost every appetite titillated and sated, and the Rice Ball’s favourite DJ Keith Colaco working his magic on the deck, we expect everyone will be dancing and prancing into the wee hours of the morning!
