AUDITION NOTICE – OPEN AUDITIONS: COME SHOW US WHAT YOU CAN DO!

This open call invites performers of all backgrounds and experience levels to audition for Wild Rice. We hope to meet a wide range of actors, including those who are new to us. While these auditions are not tied to specific productions, performers may be considered for roles in our 2026 and 2027 main-stage seasons.

AUDITION DETAILS

Applicants must be aged 18 and above.

All interested candidates should submit:

  1. Performance résumé (in PDF format, including height in metres)
  2. Recent headshot (taken within the last 6 months)
  3. Recent full body shot (taken within the last 6 months)
  4. Self-tape of no longer than 2 minutes of the following:
    • Brief self-introduction
    • 1 monologue of your choice, preferably in a Singaporean accent
    • A 30-second sample of a song and dance (optional)

Please e-mail your submission to production@wildrice.com.sg. Your email should contain a Google Drive link to a folder containing all the necessary materials, with the privacy setting set to public. Please title your email subject line with WILD RICE OPEN AUDITIONS (NAME).

Applications must be submitted by 4 December, Thursday (12pm).

Please note that, due to the large volume of submissions we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person audition.

Wild Rice will contact you by 10 December 2025, Wednesday.

Auditions will be held on 15 and 16 December 2025, 10am – 6pm.
