Bill is an unusual blend of traditional brand strategist and modern-day creative storyteller. Passionate, collaborative, and innovative, he is adept at managing global brands and working with creative teams to develop powerful brand ideas. He has worked with multi-national agencies, like Ogilvy & Mather, and government agencies such as the Singapore Tourism Board. He has lectured at his alma mater, the National University of Singapore, and LASALLE College of the Arts. In his personal capacity, Bill has lent his expertise to organisations such as China National Tourism Institute and the Singapore Film Commission. In his free time, Bill sings jazz.
